What’s included

Ongoing additional warranty cover — your machine remains covered for as long as your subscription stays active, subject to the plan’s coverage and exclusions.

Service app access — access to our dedicated service app throughout your active subscription.

Annual on-site servicing — a service carried out by our team, with your first service due one year after your machine’s installation date and annually thereafter while your subscription remains active.

Add the plan when purchasing your embroidery machine. We’ll link your subscription to your machine and record its installation date for annual servicing.
Your subscription renews automatically each month. Warranty cover and service app access continue while your subscription remains active. Annual servicing is subject to an active subscription and appointment scheduling.
