 In the unlikely event you need spare parts for your machine, we've got you covered. We keep stock of every part for all the machines we sell, so you won’t be left waiting when you need something replaced.

Every machine we sell comes with a full 1-year warranty as standard, giving you complete confidence in your purchase. For added peace of mind, we also offer extended warranty options, so you can stay protected for even longer.

We’ve been involved in the embroidery industry in one way or another for 20 years, and along the way, we’ve picked up a wealth of knowledge and experience. Your new embroidery machine will be delivered directly by one of our skilled technicians. Please note that we only deliver to ground floor locations. However, we’ll gladly set up the machine and complete your training on the ground floor. Once everything is set up, you’re welcome to move the machine to your preferred location.
