The EMS 1502 delivers everything the 1201 does but with dual heads to double your output. Ideal for scaling production, this compact commercial unit lets you run one or both heads at a time, giving you flexibility and speed. With a 510 x 400mm Flat embroidery area and 300mm x 300mm Hoop size area. 15 needles per head, and full 3D Cap embroidery capability, it’s designed for serious embroidery businesses looking to save time without compromising on quality. Backed by our trusted technician delivery, on-site training, and lifetime WhatsApp support. 

Shipping & returns

Free UK delivery on all Supplies orders over £30.00. Contact our sales line or email sales@embroiderymachinesales.co.uk to find out more about machine delivery. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.

To start a return, email sales@embriderymachinesales.co.uk with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Used items, sale items, gift cards, and digitising services are non-returnable. Training, service, delivery, and labour fees are also non-refundable. All machines include a 1-year return-to-base warranty. Repairs typically take 7–14 days. If your warranty has been extended, this will be shown on your invoice
