Shipping & returns

Free UK delivery on all orders. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.

To start a return, emailembroiderymachinesales@gmail.comwith your order number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Used items, sale items, gift cards, and digitising services are non-returnable. Training, service, delivery, and labour fees are also non-refundable. All machines include a 1-year return-to-base warranty. Repairs typically take 7–14 days. If your warranty has been extended, this will be shown on your invoice
